The average valuation of property for houses in Limburg has increased for the third year in a row. January the first, this year, the average value of such properties was still 190.000 euro. Exactly a year ago, this was 182.000 euro. This means an increase of 4,4 percent. In Maastricht, it was even a whopping 5,4%.
